As Letright Industrial Corp. enters 2025, the company reflects on its substantial progress in green energy manufacturing throughout 2024. The past year marked a significant milestone in Letright’s efforts to reduce its environmental footprint and increase energy efficiency. In 2024, the company successfully implemented air-source heat pump water heaters across its operations, further reducing energy consumption for hot water production. These systems, which were introduced in 2023, continued to deliver environmental benefits in 2024, contributing to the company’s ongoing sustainability efforts.
Letright’s renewable energy initiatives also advanced significantly in 2024. The company achieved carbon neutrality for 8,296 tonnes of CO2e, offsetting emissions through the purchase of International Renewable Energy Certificates (I-REC) and Verified Carbon Units (VCU). This was a continuation of the efforts from 2023, setting a strong foundation for Letright’s renewable energy goals. The SOLARPERGOLA, an innovative solar-powered product launched in 2023, also made strides in 2024, with plans to reduce carbon emissions by 180 million tonnes annually over the next decade.
With these initiatives fully integrated into Letright’s operations, the company enters 2025 in a stronger position, having built a robust green energy framework that will continue to evolve and contribute to its long-term sustainability goals.
